The girl Bita

This educational children’s play demonstrates the dangers of misinformation and the value of community trust. The play follows a young girl Bita whose habit of eavesdropping and spreading lies about her neighbors creates all sorts of problems. When Bita’s activities are exposed, her family is targeted, and her mother considers leaving town, Bita finally recognizes all the harm she has caused. The play follows Bita’s journey to make things right and rebuild her community’s trust in her and each other with enchanting songs that add depth to this touching tale.
